CurrentMike Nathanson is Director of Leasing at Workspace Property Trust which is a privately held, vertically integrated full-service commercial real estate company specializing in the ownership, management, leasing, and development of office and light industrial space across the United States.As South Florida’s Director of Leasing, Mr. Nathanson oversees the developing, implementing, and facilitating of leasing strategizes for more than one million square feet of assets throughout the region. In addition, he is responsible for helping to create new opportunities for the firm while growing and maintaining business, and brokerage relationships within the community.With more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Nathanson has driven more than $300 million in commercial real estate transactions. Before joining WPT, he was Senior Vice President with Blanca Commercial Real Estate, where he represented marquee clients as BlackRock, Acadia, Morgan Stanley, Lincoln Property Company and other institutional owners. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, is a current board member with NAIOP South Florida, and is a Leadership Broward Class XXXVI graduate.
