My passion for change management started over twenty years ago following careers in technology, property and business performance improvement. People are centric to process, organisation structure and technology and as such need to be motivated as individuals to perform at the highest team and organisational levels.There is no doubt that successfully navigating change is complex. One size doesn’t fit all as businesses respond to both internal and external influences that impact their short and long-term ambitions. Furthermore, continually re-aligning their people to maximise productivity and business performance requires new levels of understanding to balance the paradigms of leadership and management.A compelling change story will communicate the ‘WHY’ change is necessary across a diverse range of stakeholder groups and is at the heart of all successful change programmes. After all, people represent the largest portion of many organisations costs; and therefore, getting ‘them’ all pointing in the same direction, at the earliest opportunity, is key to productivity and performance. A great Change Strategy and Delivery Plan will organise and effectively manage the process of the WHAT, WHO, WHERE, WHEN and HOW those impacted will navigate the journey.
