As President of SPM, I guided the company from under $1MM in sales to over $150MM before selling to Dynacast and then continued to manage its growth to over $300MM over the next 3 years. I have hands on experience managing tool rooms and designing injection molds. I authored the book SPI published as, "Design Guidelines for Injection Molds" and have presented at several manufacturing conferences on planning and efficiency. I also founded a company,Vertech, Inc., in 2001 to build vertical injection molding machines. This was sold in its infancy to Trueblood Mfg.Though primarily involved with aiding non-profit organizations, I do consulting work for any and all types of manufacturing.
