Manage two Investor and Distributor Services Transfer Agency teams with 22 team members responsible for 67 Clients and their investors. This includes 20 Tier 1 Clients and their Dedicated Transfer Agency Relationship Managers. Investor and Distributor Services require a deep working knowledge of all functional areas within Transfer Agency, including Registrations, Dealing Services, Settlements and Reconciliation. My two teams primarily provide daily support to resolve queries from the Clients and their Investors via dedicated mailboxes, phone and fax numbers

Managed a Client Service team responsible for the day to day management for 47 funds with $8 Billion AUM across 6 Clients in multiple geographical locations.Previously managed a Shared Services team responsible for generating UCITS, Board Papers, KPIs and MIS reporting. Perform various Cash and Stock reconciliations with multiple Custodians and conduct daily NAV oversight of 145 funds completed offshore.

Drive the success of 50 employees across multiple geographic locations to provide industry leading trust and custody services. Partner with business teams and senior management across three business channels to introduce new products, support existing and prospective clients, implement corporate funded projects and ensure development and implementation of appropriate procedures and controls for effective risk mitigation. ¬Partner with multiple vendors including fund accountants, trust systems, trading platforms, reconciliation systems, custodians, transfer agents and mutual fund companies, to trade, reconcile, settle, process income and corporate actions for financial products including mutual funds, alternative assets, money market funds, equities, exchange traded funds, corporate and fixed income securities and government-backed securities.
