Global Commodities Business Management team works closely with senior management and stakeholders to set strategy and ensure successful execution through development of related tools and processes.-Prepare annual revenue/expense/balance sheet/capital forecasts (product/region)-Conduct revenue analysis, preparing standardized governance presentations and perform ad hoc financial analyses-Review and approve expense requests, establish sound control cost processes, control direct, consumption, and allocated expenses-Develop and implement standardized business metrics and management reporting tools-Responsible for coordination and testing of North America continuity of business plans-Coordination of interaction with Audit Risk & Review (ARR); including preparation of deliverables and coordinating responses for Commodities audits-Coordination of front office system implementation projects for the business-Implementation of policies as directed by regional control groups and ensuring business adherence to these policies for internal and external regulatory purposes
