Primarily utilized Novell Netware Networks until Windows Active Directory began to take over and Novell changed roles from primary network access to providing connectivity behind the scenes using a Windows interface.Built and installed laptop and desktop computers for new and existing users. Provided technical support to network users to include quick fixes on the telephone as well as on-site personal visits. Trained employees how to use the different programs, both company-specific and mainstream software, by taking the time to explain in simple terms to increase understanding as knowledge of proprietary software was not as wide-spread and common as it is now.
