Program assessment and development for Clubs, coaches, teams and individual players. Individual and small group training, player and team assessments, specialty camps and clinics, team camps, college readiness and recruitment, coaching and academy development programs.

Responsible for the overall management of Wenatchee FC - including staff selection and utilization, curriculum and placement of WFC teams. Represents Club at District, State and National level meetings and events. Ensures the most current and effective teaching methodology and principles are implemented and utilized by club trainers and coaches. Provides direct oversight of club coaches, trainers, players and programs. Assists players with college readiness and recruitment, technical/SAQ/injury prevention programming, coaching education and selection.

Co Founder and General Manager of the first indoor soccer arena in North Central Washington. Responsible for oversight and development of all soccer programs and operations for ages 18 months through Adult. Leader in building collaboration between autonomous outdoor Clubs to facilitate on going player, coach and referee development programs. Co founder of the Wenatchee Fire FC Premier and Professional Arena Soccer League teams, uniting and branding the competitive youth teams in the area under the same banner thereby creating a long term player development path for local and regional talent seeking next level opportunities.

Direct and oversee soccer operations including camp and clinic programming, marketing, staffing, curriculum and instruction. Conduct clinics and camps for ages 5 - 18. Coordinate services with area clubs, city and school district programs. Provide mentoring and job opportunities for local players.
