The global project management of Shanghai Technology Center supports the global automobile manufacturers to cooperate with SAIC, GM, Volkswagen, Benz, Ford, Geely, great wall, Shenlong, PSA, Chery, Nissan, Honda and Toyota to develop the power transmission system, chassis drive module, chassis control module and vehicle transmission with the major automobile manufacturers in the world Moving shaft;- Facing the factory, according to the division of responsibilities in CAPM / product development project management procedure for new product development, formulate the project development plan in the factory, and organize and coordinate the trial production and development of the project. - Be responsible for the implementation and control of activities in the plant during the new product development phase (C1-C6). Follow up the problems in the production and trial production of the project, and coordinate the functional departments to find solutions. - Responsible for the project stage cost accounting and process cost control in the factory. Participate in the formulation of va/ve plan for new products, and coordinate the implementation. - Organize the periodic review and review of the project in the factory, coordinate and solve the existing problems in the development, and be responsible for the sample trial production progress and physical quality in the process of new product development. - Support PM to optimize quality, schedule and cost in the process of project development. - Organize the analysis and handling of customer complaints of new products in the factory, implement the requirements of rapid response, and make users satisfied. - Responsible for the implementation of localization of KHT in the factory and filing of project documents.

- Responsible for leading the program in all aspects, from program award (or 'Request For Quotation Approval' [RFQA] in some cases) until 6 months after Start of Production - Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official ZF-Sachs representative , Prepare and submit the RFQA to Management if relevant.- Liaise with the Program Controller, build the initial Business Plan, define the Program investment scheme, and release investments in compliance with controlling procedures; take economical responsibility for all deviations from initial requirements.- Launch and monitor the Program : track progress by updating Business Plan, Program Dashboard and Budget Reports, and by leading reviews of program steps and results.- Conduct Risk/Opportunity analyses, and develop and implement appropriate action plans.- Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer on financial and/or technical issues.Staff, manage and co-ordinate a cross-functional program team (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Product & Process engineering), and define team members' objectives and assignments.- Organise communications throughout the program lifecycle. - Ensure smooth program transfer from Development Centre to Production Plant.- Organise key program information to ensure Program continuity and to contribute to knowledge management.- Work with main global car maker SAIC, GM, Volkswagen, Benz, Ford, Geely, Greatwall, DPCA, PSA, Chery, Nissan, Honda, Toyota etc to develop the Chassis, clutches, Hydraulic torque converter，Dual mass flywheel and automotive electronics control modules

- As a technical leader to support NPI activities , DFx, Testing , Assembly , Process engineering , Product development activities and deliverables on-time ,on- quality , on-cost ; - Be responsible of work breakdown structure (WBS) into work package or task level, draft the schedule in ops and get agreement with multiple ops functions. - Lead the operational side of development builds during new product introductions for any assigned products. Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall program objectives.- Lead matrix team members from across all functions in Asia within Operations to develop new product plans. Typical functions include Planning, Supply Chain Managers, Technical Program Manager, Quality, Supplier Quality Engineer, Design For Manufacturing.- Communicate project status updates to various project stakeholders- Represent operations with the product design teams. Use production expertise to influence and negotiate for DFX, supply chain, testability and product features.- Work with global team and customer Microsoft, IBM, Nortel , H3C, Nokia, Juniper , Datang , NCR, ATI, polycom, Olivetti to develop the x-box360, computer server, telecoms equipment, cell-phone , Pos machine , printer and base-station equipment etc
