About Mike Packer M.Ed.

With over 28 years of experience in higher education and music education, I am a passionate and innovative leader who has successfully launched and managed online programs and international initiatives in the arts and entertainment industry. As the former Vice President of Education at 1500 Sound Academy, I oversaw the enrollment, financial, academic, and operational aspects of the institution, achieving remarkable growth and recognition in the sector.Some of my key accomplishments include increasing revenue by 80% in the first year and 57% in the second year, developing and launching online programs in partnership with prestigious universities and organizations, securing approval from the CSAAVE to accept veterans' benefits, co-writing the proposed new CTE standards for California, and presenting clinics and masterclasses worldwide.
