I have provided exterior building envelope consulting services for over thirty-five years to some of the best clients in the country from the Architect of the Capitol, Dominion Energy, CBRE-Richmond, Honeywell International in USA and Iraq, the Federal Reserve, the US Department of State, the College of William and Mary, School District of Philadelphia, Cushman & Wakefield, various architectural groups, to the every-day building owner who had water intrusion issues no one had been able to resolve until they retained me.My primary objective is to provide my clients with complete, unbiased, technical facts concerning their building or construction needs, and to provide practical, economical solutions. I will thoroughly investigate, analyze, and report on the building condition so that the client will have the information needed to plan future actions.
