The initiative has led to improved availability, lower costs, and improved customer support by allowing senior DBA staff to support new initiatives that drive business value. Designed and maintain SQL Integration Services, Analysis Services and Reporting Services servers which connect to many different db vendors including, Oracle, DB2, Sybase, Informix and MySQL Partner with stakeholders early in the development cycle to help determine best use of existing resources and proper sizing of the different dev/test/production environments. The process insures when the DB goes into production they will meet expectations. Uptime, maintenance, upgrades, and replacement of all internal hardware and software systems including: SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008.  Maintain and manage multiple application environments, including hardware/software build-out, code promotion during release cycles, keeping dev/test/uat in synch with production  Strategic business partner for many IT and business team.
