I am a paint maintenance team leader at a Magna molding, painting and assembly plant. Here at Norplas industries inc. "We make it happen" every day. The culture of our people and diversity of our work force define our company and are key to our success. As one of the highest scoring Magna facilities on employee oppinion surveys it's clear to see we are doing something right here at Norplas. The management team and employees are some of the best I have ever seen, Our companys commitment to being a World Class Production facility is strong and we continue to make improvements every day.I am proud to work here and do my best to meet the goals of our company. I am excited to think about the future of our plant and all of the technological innovations to come. I currently direct the work flow of four senior maintenance technicians. It is our job to perform preventative maintenance on many different systems vital to the production line. We also respond to line issues as they arise.
