At AH Computer Services, my duties include: - building and servicing pcs, servers, and mobile devices - configuring new software - configuring and troubleshooting firewalls (hardware and software) - onboarding and maintaining email/website hosting - server migration - cloud service migration - monitoring/maintaining offsite backup. - cable termination/installation. - complete pc and server hardware troubleshooting - software troubleshooting covering a wide range of industries including medical, education, construction, manufacturing, and oilfield. - In dealing with clients, I've learned time management and effective communication skills.
