I grow up in 90s at a rural countryside in China. Everything just get started in my small village: bus, radio, shop, and the 18 inch black-and-white TV Sets ! The happiest time is to watch TV at my neighbor's with the entire village. But we are suffering the electricity shortage all the time. 2012 I went back to my hometown and found that "Government PV Poverty Alleviation Program" revolutionize the whole village. Fishing & PV complementary industry ; tourism are booming in my hometown.
