They include Estee Lauder, iStore, Hyundai, City of Cape Town, Rand Merchant Bank, Virgin Mobile, Jaguar Land Rover, and Woolworths.I focus on:- Shifting culture and leadership to be more Agile, Exploratory, and Collaborative.- Engineer kinder and more humane workplaces.- Providing Digital Direction for Non-Digital Executives.Through VCTR and Piper Dynamometers I have applied my passion for technology and organisational culture to help develop two thriving businesses that put people, trust, and purpose at the heart of what they do.I have recently published the book "HopePunk": A guide for optimists, bettering workplaces.
