Prior to setting up Abacus with Ellis Goodfellow in 2007, I gained 11 years’ experience at the same national practice as a quantity surveyor, the last 4 of which were as an Associate Director. I have worked on a variety of projects including student accommodation, build to rent (BTR), luxury apartments, hotels, education, sports and leisure and industrial. My key skills are:• Acting as an Employer’s Agent on a significant number of projects for student accommodation providers, I have delivered in excess of 25,000 study beds, with a current construction value in excess of £1.5 billion.
