I started as a commercial and ag lender, was promoted to Cashier where I focused on bank operations, asset and liability management, the bond portfolio, and compliance (including Bank Secrecy Act), I have specialized in Treasury Management at a $2+ billion bank, and then was responsible for the Retail side of a $300+ million bank including commercial and consumer deposits, consumer and mortgage lending, the investment center, and deposit compliance. During my career, I have grown loan portfolios (commercial, mortgage, and consumer), increased deposits, increased non-interest income, and decreased both interest and non-interest expense. My experience allows me to not only be a lender but to also be a resource to business owners and managers. I focus on the relationship with the business owner and strive to be a resource to help the business owner continue to be successful.
