I am a self-motivated project manager and civil engineering consultant who is driven by the challenges provided by civil engineering projects. My technical skills have been gained from over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. My flexible approach to project management and immediate response to change management has provided me with a proven record of successful projects and satisfied clients. I am able to deliver projects throughout all phases of the project scope and am able to manage multiple concurrent projects.My personal, communication and leadership skills afford me the ability to work autonomously or within a team environment. These skills are used to establish, support and manage technical teams and to liaise with stakeholders and other business interests where required. I place great importance on project WHS and environmental compliance including adoption of industry best practice and this has been one of the fundamental keys in the success of the projects I have managed. I strive to achieve the highest possible standard of project success and encourage others to attain the same goals.
