* Assist in researching, analyzing, interpreting and preparation of various land and real estate related title opinion documents and agreements; including oil and gas leases, right of way agreements, deeds, surface leases, surface use agreements and other surface related documents.* Research surface ownership using online tax parcel databases and assist with surface ownership notifications.* Maintain various project status spreadsheets and reports. * Create various maps using ArcGIS* Research existing land records in Tobin.* Assist with invoice approvals and tracking expenditures.* Furnish surface documents and communicate special surface provisions to departments such as drilling, operations, engineering and surveyors.

Greater Denver Area

* Perform quality control checks on all work performed by technicians for accuracy. * Provide analysis of all types of Oil & Gas documents (i.e. O&G Leases, Contracts, Assignments, etc.) * Assist Lease/Contract Analysts on the correct reporting of documents to their respective files. * Train new and existing employees on the scanning processes, document recognition, lease and contract file creation, data entry into Quorum and P8 system. * Write processes and procedures for Scan Team and other projects. * Compile, record, and submit weekly team Metrics. * Conduct team meetings and facilitate conference calls. * Scan hard copy documents into computer readable documentation. * Work on various special projects at a moment’s notice for clientele.
