Program Manager for Seats multi-million dollar product development programs (new developmental passenger seats), 10-27 months in duration for 737, 747, 767, 777, 787 First/Business/Premium Economy/Economy Class suites, seats, and seat furniture working across multiple seats programs leading cross-functional teams of engineers (mechanical, electrical, stress, flam, integration), procurement agents, schedulers, suppliers, airline customers, customer engineers, etc., coordinating with various levels of the supply chain, procurement & programs to provide oversight on development activities & performance to plans. Responsible for management of multiple seat programs from supplier select through aircraft delivery including identifying, documenting & managing technical/schedule/business Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIOs); baseline & change management; project execution & control; frequent clear, concise communication & articulation of project plans, RIOs, and updates to team, suppliers, customers, Sr Mngmnt and Executives as required. Responsible for & accountable to: establish committed baseline plan using statement of work from abstract requirements provided by the airline customer and seat supplier to accomplish on-time on-dock service-ready seats at airplane delivery.

Led the Liaison M.E. team assigned to the 747/767 airplane production line.- Support resolution of Manufacturing, Tooling and Design Engineering problems as a Liaison M.E. representative working with various cross-functional teams for the 747/767 production lines.- Liaison planning activities on various government programs responsible for coordination with customers\contractors for the purpose of obtaining, testing, calibrating & maintaining various mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & electronic kits, tools, test equipment & machinery for Seattle other sites in the US.Perform “Hardware Manager” duties including producability studies through the processing of Government Feasibility Proposals duties assigned to various military programs.
