Responsible for all engineering functions as it pertained to the advancement of the Northern Pump product line. Primarily responsible for the design of custom pumps to fit various applications from the oil and gas to food and beverage industry and establishing and implementing engineering processes including Instructional Drawings and quality control. Coordinate between engineering and other business units to provide best possible product to Northern Pump customers. Provide technical support, assistance, and insight to Northern Pump customers. Manage, oversee, and mentor engineering personnel.

Provide engineering services to Great Ships Initiative Land-Based Research Facility. This included simple piping redesign and construction, mechanism improvement, engineering insight on system problems/potential improvement, operation of remotely controlled pumping system, data collection, and equipment calibration.

Installed siding, roofing, ducts, drywall (including taping and mudding), trim, hardwood floors, windows, and doors. Tasks also included minor structural repair/improvement.
