Responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing all manufacturing equipment. For example coders, labelers, box erectors, fillers, unscramblers, cappers, conveyors, ink jets, lasers and scales. The maintenance of these Pieces of equipment include electronics, electrical, electrical motors, AC drives, mechanical mechanisms such as gear, pneumatic, hydraulic and chain driven equipment. I am also responsible for product moving equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, turret trucks, box trucks, semi tractor and trailer. Other important responsibilities include maintaining, reverse osmosis/di-ionized water system, chilling tower and water treatment, rotary screw air compressors. I also do the fabrication of parts which includes the use of a milling machine, lathe, oxygen acetylene torch, plasma cutter, TIG welding, MIG welding, ARC welding, welding of different alloys such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Proficient in the reading of blue prints and the use of precision measuring instruments.

Responsible for cleaning, disassembly, inspection, repairs, reassembly and final inspection of the Continuous Caster Machinery for Geneva Steel. Responsibilities of this included diagnosing and repair of gear boxes, hydraulic systems, water and automatic greasing systems. Responsible for fabricating and welding components with the direction of blue prints. Assisted in the set up and auditing of the ISO-9001-1994 program at Voest Alpine.

Responsibile for making food, sauces, and pasta which also includes the disassembly, cleaning and set up of the production equipment.
