 Built and developed Sabre cross functional team for the assessment of Sabre capabilities in airline retail environment. Designed and developed $500M strategy for New Distribution and One Order, transitioning technology base from legacy to open systems. Secured $150M in additional client revenue by spearheading identification of required architecture and data details. Owned Program Management for team accountable for strategy behind Sabre Air Center integration and upgrade for an additional $35M in revenue. Attained approval for roadmap, customer story, and strategy from executive leadership. Contributed to Sabre’s achievement of IATA NDC Level 1, 2, and 3 certifications on track for February, 2018. Served as member and contributor to IATA Passenger Distribution Management Group Advisory Forum, PDMG Working Group, NDC Interline Working Group, One Order Task Force, IATA Ticketing Committee, EMD Task Force, and Baggage Working Group.

 Held accountability for ticketing, electronic documentations, vendor selection, IATA NDC, and customer relations. Collaborated with team to champion a RFP for new generation ticketing and electronic documentation systems, adding $65M in new revenues. Generated $35M in further revenue through development of initial SITA merchandising and architecture system. Successfully delivered new products to 75+ airline ticketing clients and 35+ electronic document customers in just eight months while leading entire delivery process and sun-setting previous legacy system.

 Engaged in business process analysis and improvement while managing irregular operations and baggage functionality for JetStream PSS system. Directed development of use cases, business requirements, and architecture for the new system. Partnered with team to create effective process models for airline check-in, baggage registration, baggage tracing and messaging, and irregular operations passenger re-accommodation. Made key contributions to the migration of United to HP SHARES system.
