As an American Sign Language Interpreter, I provide freelance services to various clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, in different settings and domains. I have a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and associate degrees in Automotive Service and Repair from Dunwoody College of Technology and Sign Language Interpretation and Translation from Saint Paul College-A Community and Technical College. I have over six years of experience as an ASL interpreter, and I am certified by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc. I have strong communication, volunteering, and analytical skills, and I am passionate about facilitating access and inclusion for the Deaf and hard of hearing community. I have also worked as an automotive technician and a social worker in the past, which gave me valuable knowledge and experience in different fields and industries. My goal is to continue to improve my skills and expertise as an ASL interpreter, and to contribute to the social and professional development of the Deaf and hard of hearing community.
