Now over 40 years of experience later, I work in all lines of real estate whether it’s a family home an apartment building or a commercial property. I’m all about helping people achieve their dreams and their intention for their life through great real estate purchases. I always approach transactions as though it was my property that I’m buying or selling.My team and I are proactive in getting listings sold our goal is not to collect listings but to move the property that we have listed quickly and get a great price for our sellers. I also love to do acquisitions regardless of the size… I love to see “the look” on people's faces when they walk onto the right property the one they were meant to be in.I practice with integrity and use my intuition in my work. I have called Buyers off deals when I felt it wasn’t right — my philosophy being “Something better will come along let’s just keep looking.”I presently stay current with real estate trends and attention on-going seminars. As a team we work to provide quality service to our clients. Our regions include San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County. We’ve also done investments in Costa Rica. Other: I opened Snap Fitness about 10 years ago and I’ve always had a passion for sports and fitness. I wanted to provide something good in our small town, Nipomo. Snap is a good product at a competitive price. I have been working for Farmers Insurance for 38 years. We do all lines — including mutual fund investments, life insurance, auto, home, and life, health, commercial, workers comp, and retirement planning.
