Serving as the Leader of the Federal Healthcare Practice Development Program Management Office (PMO) that includes the Tri-Care Evaluation, Analysis and Management Support (TEAMS) IDIQ which has a ceiling of $7 Billion and a ten year span including options. In this role, Mr. Pullen manages all aspects of the TEAMS IDIQ contracts as well as other Deloitte Healthcare related contracts through GSA IT 70 and MOBIS schedules. This software implementation will manage the collection, manufacturing of blood, and blood products nationwide. This complex system will manage over 28 million blood donor records and manage the manufacturing, testing, inventory and distribution of the nations blood supply. Directly managed program schedules, milestones and deliverables for all testing activities for the eProgesa software implementation streamlining testing activities to produce reduce timeframe for test execution. Managed a team of 23 test engineers, planning and scheduling day to day activities to ensure on time delivery and manage process performance.
