Key contributor to the S&OP process out of the North American headquarters in Alpharetta, GA.Developed and implemented supply chain risk mitigation strategies, including the creation of a contract manufacturer safety stock program in 2013 and prototype procurement process in 2012.Led consignment inventory reduction efforts at global contract manufacturer sites in 2012, reducing total inventory levels by more than 5%.Guided supplier relationship management duties for printed circuit board vendors. Also assisted in analyzing suppliers' ability to perform necessary tasks during the refinery turnaround (TAR) of 2010.Managed reverse auction for cylinder gases. Total bid was in excess of over $500K. Presented and tracked bid through Ariba. Led supplier conference regarding the auction and analyzed all bids.Evaluated supplier pricing schedules for rental equipment to be used during refinery turnaround (TAR) of 2010. Led efforts to increase on-site vendor compliance in terms of OSHA and contract administration.

Interned in the Marketing, Events, & Promotions Department at Flagstar Bank Corporate Headquarters in Troy, Michigan. Assisted in the logistics of coordinating and gathering materials for various events Flagstar sponsored (festivals, runs/walks, charity auctions, etc.). Worked with internal employees as well as outside vendors to determine the level of success of the sponsorships.
