Responsibilities include all aspects of daily operations and maintenance of multiple AT&T properties and facilities located throughout the Dallas metropolitan area. Duties include central plant & Andover EMS operations that included chiller, air handlers, emergency backup power generators, UPS, life safety, critical room environments, electrical, plumbing, preventative maintenance schedules, contractor supervision & direction, as well as client relations regarding successful work order response & resolution in a timely fashion.

Facility Operator responsible for the daily reproduction of thermally stored chilled water necessary for a “Class A”, 1M+ square foot facility each day, while utilizing a MetaSys automation system to operate a 4000 ton central plant. Other duties included tenant work request response and resolution as required. Employment included converting all property VAV and fan powered box dampers from pneumatic control to solid state control, to include new thermostats and controllers. Upon successful completion of the conversion project, all areas of the facility enjoyed a more consistent temperature, minimizing tenant complaints and reducing energy consumption.

Responsible as the sole operating engineer for the daily operations of (2) “Class A” office towers in the N. Central Expressway/635 corridor of Dallas totalling more than 1M square feet. Duties included timely tenant work request responses and resolutions, daily operations and maintenance of all equipment, structures, & parking garages of each facility, as well as supervise outside contractors with tenant finish outs, lock changes and re-keying as necessary, lighting, energy management system operations & schedules, etc.
