Having advanced through a couple of specialized roles and spending the last 18 years as a dedicated employee to American Furniture Warehouse, I began in 2000 as a Warehouse Manager where I oversaw and directed all warehousing and distribution operations with 350+ employees in cross-functional roles. I moved to my current role as an HR Generalist in July of 2015 where I serve on point to lead varied human resource initiatives that include recruiting efforts, employee relations investigations, file management, conflict resolution, vendor contract negotiation and compensation to guide and assist employees and managers through complex human resource activities.
