I joined with a friend opening the firm of Mobius architecture in Shanghai. I have continued to support him in marking and promotion efforts, I have supported the development of new business and have improved the practice structure and operation. Since 2014, I have had no financial interest in the firm.Subsequently, I have been semi-retired, sailing SE Asia from my home base in Penang, Malaysia while continuing to support and mentor my colleagues in China in the development of concepts for mixed use projects consisting of hotel, office retail, residential and commercial amenities.

As Principal, provided investment and development services to owners, investors and one of Canada's major real-estate investment funds for its western Canada properties. The firm also provided transaction and consulting services including asset management, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio strategic planning.Responsibilities have included:Oversight of the management of 2 regional malls, several office buildings and mixed use developments.Oversight of transaction activity with brokers, solicitors, and financial teams from initiation through closing. Identification of market opportunity assembled teams and built business.Revenue growth, business P&L, and operations management.
