● Manage daily operations in the Columbus, OH location which provides services to both residential and skilled nursing patients including beds, oxygen, and therapy devices. ● Interview, hire, and terminate employees for multiple departments. Train employees, including managers, on daily job functions and OSHA, Joint Commission, FDA, and ODOT regulations as they pertain to their duties. Conduct regular safety training and staff meetings.● Maintain compliance with Joint Commission regulations in regards to employee safety, infection control, and equipment standards. Conduct regular site visits in other regions to ensure compliance is maintained in other locations within the company.● Evaluate performance of current employees and make recommendations for promotions and salary increases. Enter, verify, and approve payroll as well as create daily work schedules for several departments and approve time off requests.● Proven ability to multitask, motivate, and provide ideas for the growth of the company.
