I'm not going to use words like 'love' and 'passion'; there's a time and a place for that kind of vernacular. Words like direct, honest and committed are much better descriptors of my working character. And I'm definitely not going to say 'strategic' or 'add value' anywhere, otherwise I might as well just write "Hey, I'm just like everyone else trying to be seen to say the right thing. Boring, aren't I?"I've worked in a Big agency (quite literally) that gave me more than just a grounding in every aspect of marketing communications across a broad spectrum of accounts, and, in Factor 3, I've now settled for the long haul at a smaller (but not small) agency with a culture, quality and set of people that are second to none.I really enjoy this industry – a fascinated, meticulous enthusiast is the least toe-curling way of describing it – and I believe that people and relationships trump products and brands when it comes to determining marketing success. I back the experience, knowledge and skills that I've accrued to be able to absorb and positively impact on any client's challenges. Sounds like a challenge in its own right, doesn't it?
