Responsible for the consolidation and reporting / analysis of DSGi plc's management and statutory accounts

Responsible for the efficient and appropriate resource management of approx. 2,500 staff nationwide and provision of an all-encompassing planning service to the Head of Customer Operations. Role also included work on offshoring back office activity to India.
