Participant in the Reserve Bank's outreach initiative during the financial crisis, providing numerous presentations on mortgage market conditions and subprime lending. Frequent content contributor and lead instructor in Federal Reserve training curriculum development, including a blended learning bank examination and financial analysis course. Led a Federal Reserve System committee that developed web-based training modules on using financial markets information in the supervisory process.
