I am currently employed as a deputy business unit director to lead, support and motivate a team of mamagwrs and advisors to handle motor claims efficiently to provide customers with a professional and efficient service whilst maintaining our department key performance indicators. Manage a team that supports the department in delivery of cost and expenditure targets. Lead, audit and feedback to my team to ensure they capture relevant and accurate information in order to apply correct policy cover and handle claims appropriately and efficiently.Constantly ensure my staff achieves high levels of customer service and satisfaction through accurate measurement and feedback on individual performance in their appraisals/coaching sessions. Understand and adhere to HR policy and procedures, arranging interviews, attending disciplinary hearings.Ensure all staff records comply with our companies risk management evidencing team. Ensure my own and teams professional knowledge is up to date and identify any opportunities to learn new skills and enhance capability. Develop and motivate my teams to achieve operational objectives.Ensure complaints are handled positively and sensitively and ensure both complaint handling and procedures are adhered to complying with the regulatory requirements of the FSA.
