With 15+ years’ financial services leadership and management consulting experience and an executive MBA focused on strategy and innovation, I have the ideas and expertise to help businesses thrive. I specialise in delivering targeted and enterprise-wide digital transformations that enable strategic, sustainable growth. After leaving Sydney to build my career in London, I worked extensively in financial services consulting, helping organisations navigate complex change and secure competitive advantage. Working across countries and cultures, I helped leading financial services clients to lead the curve by delivering strategic initiatives. High-profile projects initially focused on financial risk management, regulatory compliance, and system integration. I then transitioned to planning and executing digital transformations that help clients improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet market needs.My journey led me to head up the UK arm of a digital consulting firm, where I shaped and executed our strategic plan. In this role, I proved my ability to manage P&L, lead high-performing teams, win new business, manage client relationships, and forge strategic alliances. While here, my growing interest in technology and innovation inspired me to pursue a part-time EMBA, giving me the insights and tools to accelerate business growth. Since my EMBA, I have taken time to gain coal-face experience in digital transformation. Working with NatWest and RBS, I have shaped and supported fast-paced delivery of a large-scale transformation as part of a super Agile team. Highlights include launching a fully digital lending platform during the pandemic, enabling business clients to access government-mandated loans. I can apply these hands-on insights to my next leadership role.I am returning home to Brisbane in 2023. I’m seeking a senior role focused around strategy, innovation, business and digital transformation.
