I started my career in the oilfield industry in 1984 in West Texas. I have worked in the entire state and off shore. Through the years I have worked with major corporations such as; Halliburton, BJ (Baker -Hughes) and Schlumberger; as well as some small shops such as. O-Tex, Nabors and Fracmaster.Working with these various companies gave me lots of experience in the cement and frac operations as well as wireline and coil tubing on oilfield sites. I also ran down hole tools such as packers and retainers. My experience also includes running cement units, frac pumps, blenders and various other frac equipment. I was promoted into supervisor positions in both the cement and frac departments. My five years of offshore experience prepared me for the management position that I am in now. I worked directly with company men in reviewing job specs and set up the jobs to be completed by our team.In my current management position I work in sales. I am responsible for securing well sites to perform cement pumping and pump down operations. I have contracted work with Pioneer, EOG, Murphy, Marathon, Exco, Chesapeake and Sabine to name a few.
