With over 25 years of IT support experience, I have always prided myself on developing strong relationships with IT colleagues, peers, new staff, and management. It is from those relationships that I have been able to succeed in providing a high level of support and guidance throughout every level of each firm I have been employed with. In later years it has elevated me to a position of trusted voice for several business units and in firm-wide strategic development. A fulfilling offshoot has been the ability to mentor younger staff who are trying to find there way in their careers. I look forward to continuing my career building strong relationships, being a trusted voice, and mentoring, as I believe that is my purpose.
