Worked with the superintendent to construct a new AC Marriott hotel in Raleigh. Organized safety reports, daily weather reports, and utilized BlueBeam to digitize and distribute the updated plan sets to subcontractors. Lead and directed the punch list crew to finalize each room prior to final inspection.

Roanoke, Virginia Area

Worked with Kroger's Facility Engineering department to oversee the construction of new stores and the renovations of existing stores throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area

During the summer of 2014 I worked with McDonald York as an intern to the Project Managers, with the goal of learning construction management from a General Contractor's view of the industry. During this internship, I learned to manage the large view of a construction project, as well as improved my Excel skills to develop automated forms to streamline the management and bidding process.

Through my summer internships, I worked as Paving Labor, learned to use AutoCAD to create informative models, measured take-off areas, and asited the Project Managers with the estimation and creation of proposals.
