• Processing margin and interest reconciliation on daily basis such as Asia Pacific regional, Asia Pacific spoke, Europe, Middle East, and UK.• Extract Acadia interest movements that were confirmed.• Processing rates check that was based on Bloomberg to amend in the Algo system.• Sending an email to clients for the confirmation of the interest movement and booked in the system.• Investigate interest discrepancy movements in every client's agreement.• Reading GMRA/CSA of client's agreement.• Sending key risk indicator report, weekly interest report and monthly interest report.• Chasing and calling the client when they are no response to close the agreement.• Processing Manual cash for those interest movement that was not feeding in the system.

• Reading and creating SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications) transactions.• Raising SSI (Standing settlement instruction) request by the client.• Checking the payment status of prime/Adhoc clients.• Creating and requesting journals for release.• Checking Transaction Lifecycle Management for every margin transaction if its match or outstanding.• Sending nostro and suspense report, and fails report.• Checking SCP report if the margin/interest transaction has acknowledge or has an issue.. Processing manual booking in treats.

• Assign work request to the analyst who are trained and not restricted according to the services that client wants.• Doing IMT ticket (Issue Management Tracker) of the analyst.• Doing reports of the company such as missing timesheet every day and send a report to the managers of the team.• Sending email to the engagement team if there are request or concerns regarding on their work request.• Preparing minutes of meeting regarding the agenda of the team weekly.

• Doing the Financial Statements (FS tie-out, casting, internal consistency) of the Engagement Team.• Preparing letters required to facilitate the audit (engagement letter, representation letters, etc.)• Preparing of the lead schedules, including checking of the amounts per line item, with the prior year’s file, performing mathematical accuracy and verifying formula.
