Led the Payment Services Program, which replaced the prior in-house developed system. This was one of the first major U.S. implementations of the technology. This was a $50 million program.• PeopleSoft 9.1 Re-Implementation. Partnered with business and IT colleagues to provide leadership and guidance to our teams in the outstanding execution of the program. Established foundation for maximizing long-term value of the solution. Implemented a customization framework to reduce customizations by over 50%. This was a $40 million program.• Learning Management System/Talent Management System. Partnered with the Learning Management organization to successfully execute the implementation of a new Learning Management and Talent Management suite program, which enabled distributed learning to over 250,000 employees across the global enterprise.

Implemented customization framework reducing customizations by over 50%.• Procure to Pay Direct (PPD). Implemented global solutions to manage Lowe’s Actual Cost Inventory System and Vendor Accounting Tracking Systems to align US and Canada processes and technology. In addition, this reduced the complexity of PeopleSoft Financials, which is fundamental to the service and supportability for PeopleSoft at Lowe’s.• PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.51 Upgrade. Initiated and led the upgrade of PeopleTools, the backend toolset for PeopleSoft. This effort was required to ensure compatibility with Lowe’s infrastructure. This project also eased the upgrade complexity for PeopleSoft 9.1.• Packaged Software Governance. Developed and implemented a comprehensive governance framework for managing packaged applications to limit the total cost of ownership of the solution over a 10 year horizon. This includes environment strategies, customization framework, SDLC deliverables, project workflow, and RACI matrix for deliverables.
