I have 5+ years of customer experience roles, over the phone and in person. In my previous position, my role was as a Night Auditor for Days Inn by Wyndham. In my time there, I was able to create an organized and well maintained front desk experience for guests, as well as, run an efficient and well organized night audit for upper management. I also spent time working at Apple Hostels of Philadelphia. There, I was able to learn more about what customers/guests really want out of their overall experience for any business; peace of mind.
