District Sales Manager
CurrentResponsible for driving Share Holder value through the execution of Company initiatives.♣ Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members, responsible for coaching and encouraging excellence from a diverse team. ♣ Directly responsible for the management, planning and administration of sales and distribution of territory.♣ Manage sales, profit and operational expenses for designated sales territory.♣ Work closely with AAFES at Ft. Lee, Virginia. Conducting monthly business reviews, building and executing marketing programs to bring value to the customer.♣ Establish and maintain positive customer relationships. ♣ Monitor market execution and merchandising standards compliance.
