• Management and operational lead for the largest regional theatre in the Southeast, producing up to 12 union productions each season with an annual operating budget of $16 – 20mm and 90 – 100 FTEs• Directly or indirectly supervise 9 department heads responsible for all elements of the theater except artistic oversight• Supervise creation of annual producing calendar and associated budget• Negotiate top level terms of all enhancement, co-production, commission, author, adaptor, licensing, rights and rental agreements.• Supervised $32mm capital renovation project completed October ‘19• Increased endowment from 10mm – 25mm while retiring 1mm in debt• Signatory for all union contracts and theatre liaison to AEA, USA, SDC, AFM, LORT and others• Primary Alliance representative to the Woodruff Arts Center• Board/Staff Committee Member Alliance: Executive, Finance, Strategic Planning, Capital Campaign, Advisory, EDI and primary conduit to and from Board Chair Woodruff Arts Center: Governing Board and Finance

• Manage 2mm in annual production related expenditures• Supervise staff of 9 department heads and 40-50 full-time, part-time, casual employees, and interns• Create production calendar coordinating over 500 public and internal events• Negotiate actor, designer and consultant contracts, facilitate communication among creative team and between creative team and production staff• Theatre liaison to AEA, USA, SDC, AFM, LORT and others• Collaborate with senior management on feasibility of projects under consideration, and creation of co-production and other agreements• Board/Staff Committee Member – Executive, Finance, Strategic Planning, Capital Campaign, Diversity• Supervise Intern Program – including recruitment of candidates, teaching seminars, mentoring and assisting supervisors in mentoring• Plan long term capital expenditures for production equipment and facility improvements
