MS TESTING Services provides independent/3rd party industrial hygiene testing, abatement oversight, and consulting services for asbestos, lead paint, mold, and indoor air quality for General Contractors, demo and environmental contractors, Emergency Service companies, property management firms, and facilities management groups.

As a California state-licensed asbestos inspector and contractor supervisor, I was responsible for performing asbestos and lead paint surveys, overseeing abatement projects, and conducting air sampling and clearance. I also conducted numerous mold and indoor air quality investigations.
