Development of a 2.5 million dollar project proposal, project scope document, staffing/task plan, and a payment schedule based on identifiable deliverables.Retail Industry:• Provided project management services for a "Return-To-Vendor" project. The areas of responsibility included project definition, resource planning, issue tracking, and the coordination of effort between the client's management, staff, and vendor contacts.
