Provide first and second level support for customers on all technical inquiries. This includes maintaining communication with the customer while investigating the issue over the phone, remote access or in person in a timely and courteous manner.- Responsible for onsite deployments of computers, servers and networking equipment and ensuring that all systems are working correctly and at ideal utilization.- Regularly scheduled 1st level On Call Engineer for NC, SC and GA.- Work with numerous software, hardware and service vendors to ensure complete functionality and seamless transitions for customers.- FBI Certified to work on CJIS systems in NC, SC and GA.- Manage servers and network equipment to keep them operating with minimal downtime.

While responding to telephone calls and email requests for technical assistance I was in charge of monitoring support requests for the entire company, along with gathering information and updating requests as needed. Additionally I provided first level support in attempt to resolve customer concerns during the initial report of the problem. Furthermore, I assisted with data center administration duties and proactively worked with different engineers to assist in resolving technical issues.
