That's why a lean & agile continuous improvement focus is so important, to be able to react quickly to market and business demands and to create an environment of associate innovation & engagement. Having over 30 years of experience in developing software and systems has provided me the skills and experience necessary to adapt to changing industry conditions and client driven needs.During my career I have gained great experience and insight into a wide spectrum of projects, industries, and technologies. My projects and responsibilities have included embedded control systems, test systems, data acquisition and control, systems integration, IT operations, and engineering management. Throughout my career I have consistently applied the values, principles, and practices of the Lean and Agile bodies of knowledge toward systematic problem solving, process improvement, and finding better ways to deliver value more quickly. I am a certified trainer for Agile Project Management (Scrum), Systematic Problem Solving, and Getting Better Faster (CIP for Leaders). The team provided support for hardware simulation (LabCars), electronic control unit modification, configuration management, make tool chain, and vehicle instrumentation. In addition I was able to lead the implementation of CMMI compliant processes and procedures to achieve Maturity Level 2.As a Software Engineer at Bosch in the Automotive Chassis division, 1998 - 2001, my responsibilities were to establish and support development tools and systems including hardware simulation, make tool chain, and configuration management.
