Cheboygan Cycle Works is a community-oriented bike shop dedicated to making bicycling accessible to all, promoting cycling as sustainable transportation, and fostering a community cycling culture. We aim to achieve this by offering low-cost new and used bicycles and parts, providing bike repair education and tools, and actively engaging with the community through workshops, events, and partnerships.Our mission is to empower individuals of all backgrounds to experience the benefits of cycling by breaking down financial and knowledge barriers. As an Agile Coach, Trainer, and Engineering Manager at Bosch in the corporate engineering shared services division my main responsibility is to lead an agile transformation for North America by way of training and coaching of management and project teams. In addition to agile training I also teach continuous improvement and problem solving.In 2019 I established and am leading an Agile Transformation Services group, with 5 associates, offering coaching, training, workshops, agile master development, and agile masters as a service to the Bosch business units. Lead a continuous improvement transformation by influencing mindset and raising the maturity level of the organization. All associates are involved and have a solid understanding of systematic problem solving to get to a root cause and preventative measures.Within the same department I was tasked with establishing a test equipment development team supporting automated testing for many of Bosch's electronic and mechatronic products. The group was able to increase up time and reduce overall equipment cost in order to keep testing on schedule and within budget.As an Engineering Manager at Bosch in the Automotive Chassis division, 2002 - 2006, my responsibilities were to lead a team of engineers and technicians supporting the software and application development tools. The team provided support for hardware simulation (LabCars), electronic control unit modification, configuration management, make tool chain, and vehicle instrumentation. In addition I was able to lead the implementation of CMMI compliant processes and procedures to achieve Maturity Level 2.As a Software Engineer at Bosch in the Automotive Chassis division, 1998 - 2001, my responsibilities were to establish and support development tools and systems including hardware simulation, make tool chain, and configuration management. As a result I was able to reduce development cycle time and increase system quality.

As a Manager of Network Operations and Desktop Support at AlliedSignal Friction Materials I was responsible for the site network and desktop computing support for 150 associates. I helped establish and implement standards and strategies across 5 sites in North America. I coordinated technology development with the corporate business services information technology group and other AlliedSignal sites globally. Managed, coached, and developed the professional staff that assists with these activities. Negotiated with vendors for contract labor and development projects.

As a Systems Programmer at AlliedSignal Friction Materials my responsibilities were to establish an integrated network architecture for the various dynamometer test system. I was able to automate the test programming, data collection, and report writing. By automating routine tasks I was able to focus on further system integration including support for the development of a global friction material database.

As a Software Engineer at ATI Systems, an automotive component test system supplier, my responsibilities were to support the full project life cycle including quotation, design, development, integration, and continued support of automated testing systems.

As a Software Engineer at Real-Time Interfaces my responsibilities were to write the software for automotive component test systems, integrating mechanical and electrical interfaces. A test executive environment was created to standardize systems and enable software reuse.

As a Programmer at Epcom Corporation my responsibilities were to write the software for component test systems including automotive, heavy truck, and military applications.
