Aviation Supply Operations Officer/Historian Cwo-4United States Marine Corps Dec 1982 - Mar 2008Washington, Dc, UsI served 8 years on active duty as an Aviation Logistics Marine and left active duty in 1990. I joined the Marine Corps Reserve the same year and retired in 2008 at the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4. During this time I completed two Pentagon tours one with HQMC Aviation (ASL) and one with Installation and Logistics (I&L). I also completed a 3 year assignment to HMX-1 providing direct airlift support to the President of the United States. In 2007 I completed a ground tour in Iraq based in Fallujah with II MEF and the 2nd Marine Division serving as the single USMC Historian recording combat operations in western Iraq for the Marine Corps History Division. -
