Over the years I have been in many roles but the ones I liked the best were when I had the ability to work with business leaders to construct innovative ways to increase business value. To enable this, it was necessary to develop strong team building and leadership skills. Todays manager must know how to effectively motivate the people around him.The IT world is getting even more complex lately but now we have the ability to automate a lot of that complexity. Now automation can detect the event and start trying the basic routines to isolate and resolve the issues.I'm an experienced and innovative Client Manager with a demonstrated history of helping customers achieve their goals. Skilled in Cloud migrations, service delivery on a global scale, IT Strategy, and IT Security. Strong believer in continuous learning and current in IT transformation technologies and strategies.This year, I started on my Masters degree in Science. I considered an MBA to go along with my Business degree, but science leads to more innovative experiences. Knowing how AI works can help me apply it in new ways. Knowing how to code helps me understand the mind and drive or the developer. Knowing how to design a database allows better appreciation of the challenges involved in effective data management.
